Works intermittently. Tried various network connections with the app to troubleshoot but it seems the issue follows the app. Have tried both mobile and desktop version. If using for work would not recommend.

App does not work properly on iPhoneX and above (calls only ring once on lock screen, calls are interrupted by incoming iPhone calls). Told by phone supplier Splicecom are no longer developing this app and we would have to upgrade phone system to use iPCS2 app which is supposedly compatible with newer iPhone OS.
Fine on internal communications but calling an external number is all a bit Norman Collier.
This app not only needs a facelift but is also lacking the latest API code which is available to developers. Main requirement is to pickup calls when the phone is locked.
This app is so slow & buggy. Don't get started on their phones! So slow!! No Stars.
I have been using this app for work for 5 months. I've experienced a call delay of approx 0.5-1 second during all calls which makes normal conversation difficult. Also I get frequent dropped calls, irrespective of whether on 4G or Wi-Fi. A good idea but seems to need some work.
When I first installed this it worked well, but then it stopped ringing for incoming calls if the phone was locked. After talking to the SpliceCom support we agreed that I'd restore my iPhone with a fresh OS and try again. It worked, it would ring even when locked, but then after a few days it fell silent again. Is this a bug? Please fix, a phone that doesn't ring is no use to anyone.
1. No search function for "phone" contacts - it's there for "system" contacts... 2. Terrible ringtone that can't be changed! 3. Cannot answer calls without unlocking phone. 4. All my UK numbers are stored in my iPhone as +44, so that I can dial them from abroad. This app doesn't understand that and dials 0044, despite the fact that it's always in the UK (running thru a UK phone system). These are the results of my first day of use - these are all really basic issues that should have been spotted in the beta phase and should now be fixed urgently. Plus points: haven't noticed the extreme battery drain of some other voip apps. Call quality pretty good, so far.
I use this app on a daily basis, I roam between several offices and don't have a fixed phone, this allows me stay connected to our phone system and receive internal calls instead of them diverting and dialling out to my mobile number. Still needs a few tweaks but has regularly and recently been updated. Works well over 3G as well as Wifi.
Works perfectly with my system!
