Si la app no quita los anuncios excesivamente continuos y los anuncios largos y de 30s Voy a desinstalar la app de mi teléfono celular y del celular d toda mi familia. 😡😡😡😡😡 Gracias.
I downloaded the period tracker + app, which cost $1.99. I was enjoying the app, when I was getting pop ups asking me to buy an additional subscription on top of the $1.99 I had already paid. Why does the app cost money if there will also be a subscription? I found that misleading because I didn’t not know that there would be other costs. Can you please explain why there is another cost on top of the original price of the app? I’m very disappointed because I assumed that buying this app would mean I would be able to use the full features, instead of being forced to buy a subscription. Upon figuring this out, I was trying to find an email or phone number to contact the developers and there is no way to contact them. THIS APP IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING! DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS.
I’ve been using my period for 11 years. So far it’s been great and whatever I’ve upgraded to a new iPhone I’ve never had a problem with my data transferring over… Until last week… I’ve reached out to support once several years ago and did receive an immediate reply. However, this time they seem to have removed all contact emails for support from the website, nor are they answering the previous support email, and I have no way to problem solve this issue. That’s 11 years of data that I may not have access to and I really need it because I’m starting to have fluctuations in my hormones and I need access to my history. Sigh. please someone contact me.
I use this app to track many health issues. I love it! However, I cannot figure out what the yellow plus indicates on the calendar view. I have tried the faq to find out or how to get app support, but there is no ‘feedback’ option that I am directed to when I hit app support.
This went from being the first period tracking app in the App Store, to the absolute worst one. And yes I’ve tried a ton of them while trying to free my 13 years of data from the clutches of this app, without losing that valuable data entirely. So you’re thinking about downloading this app in 2024, LEAVE RIGHT NOW. What this app will do for you: — Give you agita with its endless glitches and functionality that’s somehow worse than it was in 2011 — Share your info with third parties — Encourage you to let it ACCESS your Apple Health data so it can pull in all manner of sensitive info about you, — But— this is key— the app will NOT let you share or sync any data FROM iPeriod TO Apple Health. The reason is obvious— they know their app is trash and has become a data-farming scam, and if every user could tidily leave with their old data in tact, everyone would. — You can pay $5 to export your data as a pdf. Isn’t that great? Mine was the length of a small book. Wouldn’t want someone extracting THEIR OWN INFO from a .cvs or .xls file either, I guess. Well! Off to delete!
My app has been working perfectly up until the last month. For some reason it has my period cycle happening every 2 wks and that’s incorrect. How do I fix this?
I started using this app in 2012. It was very helpful at the time. Over time, other period apps became available but I stuck it out with this one because it had all my data. I signed up for the premium service just to keep my data. Then I got pregnant (yay!). And the app didn’t have an option for delivery so it continue thinking I was pregnant (boo!). I tried changing a few settings and at this point it show I’m in the third trimester the past 1+ years. When I got my period back, I tried to continue using the app but it was just too frustrating dealing with an a period app that doesn’t recognize that I’m not longer pregnant 2 years out. I couldn’t download my data when I still had a subscription so that was frustrating also. So I just gave up on it. I wish the developers had maintained and improved on it because there was a lot of potential to this app and room for growth.
Upgraded my phone and the app no longer works. No data restored and no link to request support. Years of data is now gone and there is no way of contacting support.
I’ve used this app for many years. Deleted it today when I learned these apps SELL MY DATA!!!! I am so angry I am shaking. My daughters will be deleting as well.
