I have download the ios app but till now I am unable to get it load for some reason… it stays on processing screen for ever…

Search doesn’t work like google, you type anything. You have to know specific name. Still i like iperks.
No customer service
Have been a customer for a long time.My most recent order had one item missing and tried to contact them through email ,call and text.No response.They charged me for the item and never refunded. Be careful with this app.

Had all the Indian vegetables, fruits delivered fastly and freshly. 100% recommended to all who needs indian groceries.
Doesn't open
The app doesn't open on my iPhone 13 pro.
Spoilt items sent in order and no reponse
I ordered dosa batter from them and it was spoilt on arrival. The smell from the batter was foul. When I tried contacting the customer care,I haven’t received any response. I don’t recommend them to anyone.
Disappointed with customer support
You will never get customers support in case of issue in product.
