Submitted a photo, paid for photo, never received photo. Finally had to dispute the purchase with Pay Pal. What a hassle! This was supposed to be a gift for my father. 30 days later and no communication. Learned my lesson on this one. Stay away.
Neil creates works of art on canvas. I have used many such services but this one is in a league of its own. He captures every subtle color change and each detail in his reproductions. !!
They must be writing their own Reviews! Placed an order 2 months ago. Emailed me 3 weeks ago and said it was on its way. I continue to email them and No answer. Don’t order from this site!!!
I’m about to order probably my 13th or 14th canvas from Neil. I wouldn’t go any where else. He takes my photos that I take mostly with my phone and turns them into art. He’s honest and trustworthy and the turn around time from ordering to receiving is very timely.
Neil took a photo taken on an iPhone, edited the photo, made a canvas of it and it looks like a professional took the photo. I love it!!! As an update, Neil has now edited and made a canvass of 3 iPhone photos of my grand children and every one of them is beautiful.
I don't think I would go anywhere else but here to capture any photos you cherish. Neil is amazing and so helpful! He will let you know if something won't work but it always looks beautiful. My Scotland and Ireland pictures make me feel I am right back there. the best!!!!!!!!!!
Fraud Fraud Fraud App!!!!!! I ordered a canvas over 3 weeks ago, I tried to call phone number no answer and no voicemail etc and/ or not working. Got an email saying painting is on it way Fedex after I emailed to Info@ and email on their website. No tracking number was sent. Emailed again asking for delivery information, nothing 3/4 and 5 days later. Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud.

This is not a company. This is a guy in his apartment with a parrot. My order “slipped through the cracks” and he didn’t respond to my email asking where my order was. Had no idea what I was talking about when I called him CanvasPop is great, does what this guy does but is clearly a company.
