I love this app and use it daily but for some reason it’s not opening. Please fix the bugs

Crashes
Since iOS 16, this app does not work. Every time I plug my SanDisk, flash drive into the iPad it crashes where is the fix!?
Crashing with new IOS
App will not open with newest IOS. I have a drive full of files that I use my phone to open for work but now they are not working due to app not opening. Tried to delete and re-install but getting same issue. Hopefully devs can find a solution.

Not working on iOS 16.03
The app does not work on the current iPhone 16.03 iOS version. It just quits right away. Why?

How sad! This was my goto approach to transfer photos and videos from my iPhone to my PC without losing dates or picture orientation. However they don’t support iOS 16 and the app crashes upon opening.
