Submitted a feedback on the app - feedback was moved to pending for 2 weeks. Emailed them - no one responded after 3 weeks. Atrocious and ridiculous support

I do not understand why this simple app faces so many issues especially with the connection to the intercomm, always late unable to use or just totally disconnects!! Please update your app, i do not want to be paying maintenance for such a lousy app that we don’t even need
Since moving into my condo for about a year, the app has given me problems over and over again. I’ve had issues allowing ppl/ delivery in via the app MULTIPLE TIMES. Even after they have fixed it, it will happen again! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to use. Delivery man always upset as well as they have to call in a few times but can’t get in.
App is slow. Response is poor. App crashes often. More computing power needs to be integrated into this. It’s fine even though the UI/UX is poor. Just let functions be working. Sadly it crashes most of the time on iOS
It would be good to allow residents for calling their neighbours via your app.
This app is horrible and is never working. I don’t understand why condo management would choose for this useless app while charging resident such a high maintenance fee. The intercom doesn’t work at all and I always missed my delivery. I had to pay additional delivery fee because they have been here thrice already and I didn’t manage to open the gate door for them a single time. Simply horrific.
Dear MCSTs, if u are currently considering awarding the contract to them, pls think twice and thrice. The UI is terrible. So many unnecessary clicks and unnecessary details needed. While waiting for my car to be registered, I gave myself a visitor pass to try out the function. The security post doesn’t even get the info - THEN APPLY FOR E-VISITOR PASS FOR WHAT! /// in the app, for visitor pass, I need to provide email too. For what ah? I think this app also cannot submit feedback to mcst? I tried some defect or report and it’s just the report to I+. Omg.. // My old place uses iCondo. Developers of this app - pls pls pls try using your own app to know how poorly done it is or just shamelessly copy from iCondo can? They can even sms my vendors and visitors the pass and QR code auto open gate omg. I wanna cry. Why did I move to a new place using this I+ nonsense? 😭 trying to use this app is like time travel from 2030 back to 2000s. //// Jiayou developers. Since my condo alr paid u all, can u just do a better job? Pls. The font and colour also v ugly leh. Argh. It’s just a job to u but it’s our daily lives being affected. Very annoying.
It supposed to send me a link to my email to reset the password .. I try 3 times , didn’t received any email…
Apparently if you don't manually log out and sign in the app once in every 2 days, you will definitely miss your delivery/deny access from your visitors. You will be automatically logged out - ALWAYS particularly during the critical moment when you need to grant access to the person downstairs. This is terrible app design. I understand this is implemented for security reasons but it's far too ridiculous for residents to tolerate. I'm beyond exhausted. Which app would ever require users to manually log out and sign in that frequently? Also why log me out only during that critical moment? May I suggest the developer to log me out once a month and give me a 48hr advance notice (through a pop-up notification) that I'm about to get logged out.
Hello can you please read the review and make the improvement? As a developer at least please make sure that the app is stable for using! Every time urgent take the call then the app cannot work, all the delivery or visitors all hang over the gate? Then we still need to travel down and open the gate for them? Then we use the app for what? Adding extra memory to our phone ah? We as the users have been giving so many complaint and requesting at least stabilise the app, you guys then do nothing. Please if you not improving the app please don’t get all the developer to use. Please let them you how bad is the app and it’s really irritating.
