Just.....wow

Best read with earphones! :) this is one of the best apps ive downloaded. Period.

Beautiful, but....

Great app which integrated colorful images and impressive effects with the stories featured. The chilling music complemented the macabre atmosphere perfectly. My only gripe is that ofen, it takes a long while to turn the pages. Im using an iPhone 5 running on ios6.1.4. I closed all the other apps incase that was contributing to the slowness but I still I end up repeatedly swiping to get to the next page. It interferes with the experience. I hope this gets fixed soon. Other than that, I love this app.

Very well executed.

I have always thought how Hogwarts people feel reading their papers. Now I don't have to wonder anymore. You are torn between turning the pages fast and inspecting each page hoping to find all it has to offer.

Great App

I'm a 3rd-year student, and we study literature, specifically that of Edgar Allan Poe. This has helped me very much because I got to understand his literary works. This has also encouraged me to read his works. :)))) I'm hoping for another app like this :)))

Love this app! I love the illustrations - they are simple but enhance the reading experience. I did feel that two illustrations from 'The Tell-Tale Heart' were a bit too literal: the 'dismember' page & the final page. I wish they would replace those with something less graphic and would play with the reader's imagination. That's what a good story does. But over all, I'm very pleased and can't wait for Volume II :)
