This app is a total scam. They will never give you the rewards (from reviews I’ve seen) i never even got to do any surveys. They delete your account if you get suspicious of them. And will take your data and sell it. I’ve reported this app to Apple and to the FCC. They are just stealing data and selling it. Stay far far away from them.

Has been saying it’s going through “technical difficulties” for at least six months....

This is the worst app ever first they won’t let you cash out until you collect 25$.however once you reached the goal they won’t let you cash out. Then you will contact them for help and surprisingly they will delete your account without any explanation. Do your self a favor and stay away from this app.😡😡😡😡😡😡

App has a lot of glitches that prevent you from completing surveys (for example the ‘continue’ button not working or being inaccessible). Some surveys kick you out after 5-10 minutes of answering questions. I understand that most surveys have a screening criteria, but criteria should take 1-2 mins max! Don’t bother calling their customer support number; it always goes to a prerecorded message, you’ll never get through to anyone. They sometimes reply to their email though, one issue they solved for me, another issue they ignored me on so flip a coin.

I had an account and it was working and then I was up to 15$ and it logged me out and when I try to go to forget password because that’s the only option I thought could get me in. I’ve tried it a few times and get no password reset and emailed customer support and get no answers. Don’t waste your time!

I was so close to getting a gift card... like 1 surgery away and my account was deleted. I can’t get in. My user name and password don’t work. I’ve emailed so many times and the emails just bounce back. So frustrating because you spend hours doing a great job answering these surveys only to lose it all and not get anything. Waste of time, don’t bother!

Like the other reviews, I earned some money and then they deleted my account. No answer from “customer service”. It’s a labour of love to make some money here so I was very choked. Also, surveys took waaaay longer than it said it would. I was introduced to survey apps via QMee which is better (just takes longer to accumulate money because they are shorter and worth less).

They take your information and right before you get to the amount where you can trade in for a gift card, they delete your account; what an absolute waste of time; I was at 24$ when my account was randomly deleted for no reason. Never been so disappointed in my entire life.

I love completing surveys and only to be told when I should be getting compensated to be told “you weren’t a good fit”. Can’t contact customer service because the emails bounce and the App Store support sends a 404 error message. I don’t get it

There’s nothing but bugs and errors. It seems like the developers stopped fixing the bugs. This app has gone from great to an app that will quickly be un-installed.
