The people who are developing this app does not have basic knowledge and has many many issues, not just use ability but also functionality.the password expires very often and resetting it is a cumbersome process and most of the time the error shows network failure. I strongly suggest government should exit the businesses which they are not capable to run and leave it to private. I unfortunately had to open a savings account with India post because of Sukanya Samriti scheme, but I regret opening an account with India post

All the time, there is always issue with app. Can’t do any operation in single try not even multiple try. Very frustrating experience. Can’t post office work on it in priority?

am extremely dissatisfied with the Indian Post Payment Bank (IPPB) app, particularly for making regular payments to the Sukanya Samriddhi Scheme. The app is slow, frequently hangs at the final stages of transactions, and often shows errors, making it difficult to complete payments. It is not user-friendly, and the overall experience is frustrating and time-consuming. I urge you to improve the app's functionality and reliability to ensure smoother transactions.

Even though i have SMS balance, didn’t switch to another app or anything, still this app failed to verify my number even though i have fulfilled all the criteria. Not worth it. Thumps down.
