Hot Garbage
The induction process was very straight forward, however for whatever reason, ther were issues with my account and the app. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with the iPRO help desk trying to get my account and app working. After the safety induction, I had to submit my phone number on the site but it just “hung”. No confirmation. The iPro support line however was very helpful but couldn’t fix the issue. As a work around, the store had to manually sign me in due to app issues. Rubbish app in my opinion!
