This app was good in the beginning. I used to redeem my points in the very beginning two times once I got the Sephora voucher for dollar 10 which was eligible and I was happy but now the app is doing a scam type of thing I got enough balance to redeem my points either in PayPal or in gift form cardbut they are still saying I do not have points to redeem the awards even though I have almost 3000 points and you can redeem your points either on 1000 points or 2000 points but still this is not working on my end & even I have almost 3000 points this is ridiculous. I just contacted the customer service but they are not replying me anyways.

Convenient when commuting, no issue or problems while using it. Fun, easy and engaging way to spend my spare time

Most of the times,you complete the survey but then they say you are not eligible at the end. No explanation, nothing. Waste of your time. Fill the surveys at your own risk. They might pay, they might not. Oh and the customer service. Don’t send them any complaints. Half of the time, your message won’t be sent. The other half will be the same robotic answers.

This is a great way to pass some free time and make a little money once you’ve reached enough points to cashout. A change from doing the usual app games especially if waiting to see the doctor or something like that.

I enjoy doing the reviews, particularly the short ones although I travel a lot and not always available to take the ones on offer

The only issue I have with the app is when I was doing a survey on the phone it wouldn’t let me write in the box. Then I lost the survey.
