Not able to add items , Keep crashing down

I’m a first-time user, and when I tried to checkout screen went blank, and the app crashed. I tried multiple times but with no success. We are in 2022, and they have no idea how important your digital existence is. It sucks.

I was happy that Iqbal foods launched their app & now it will be easy to order groceries, but unfortunately its keep crashing & search option is also not very user friendly. Items are available when u search under category but not coming up when search. I hope those issues get fixed fast.

The app keeps crashing

I have been trying for the past one hour to add items but before I can place my order it closes. The app is constantly crashing. Everytime I have to open the app again and add items but unfortunately not able to place order.

I signed up this morning and within 5 minutes the app crashed TWICE. ALL ITEMS WERE LOST. It’s a TERRIBLE waste of my valuable time. I will NEVER try it again

The app keeps crashing every now and then and I lose all items that I had added to the cart and have to add them back all over again. There is no option to add items to favourites to buy in future and if you leave the app midway to come back later and continue shopping you will have to build your cart from scratch as the items you may have added earlier will have disappeared. I hope Iqbals fixes bugs and improves usability.

I’m so glad to be able to use your new APP. Just one suggestion; please make it even more user friendly. Please make your APP remember already added “cart items”, so I could start to make a shopping list and come back to where I left off. Now, when I put items into the cart without checking out, I come back to an empty cart (no items in cart unless I go through the “check out”.) I’d like to be able to shop like I do with other Grocery APPS. I usually add items into my cart “for later”, as I go by, until one day when I’m ready to “pull the trigger” on delivery. Otherwise, I like the fact that the APP is super-fast, and easy to use! Congratulations! And, thank you for starting your delivering service!! It has been an absolute blessing since the beginning of this pandemic.
