It is a very useful app with high transcription speed, which I really appreciate. However I really need Mandarin with traditional character since I’m from Taiwan. There is a language option for Cantonese in traditional character. Why couldn’t you apply the character system to Mandarin as well?

This app is for business and commercial users. My needs are more in line for the average consumer. Also no instructions in how to cancel if need be. I wanted trial basis. I did not want yearly subscription.
