Map not working when we press clean button on the Roomba

When we press clean button on Roomba 976 and not on the app, the roomba 976 cleans but map is unavailable. After this when I click on vaccum everywhere on the app, the roomba 976 vacuums and does its job. However map is not created and it shows that map is unavailable. Please update software on the app to show map creation from whichever mode roomba 976 is started , either directly pressing clean key or the app

We are using both our rooms and our brava jet since more than 3 years and we are super happy about it. It makes our lives easy. Saves liades of time . I especially love how both the robots handle different floor types. 😍.
