iRobot Home (Classic)

we purchased the J9+ at 1000 euro in Spain and it was supposed to refill automatically but it’s not workin. We opened a ticket to iRobot Spain, they confirmed that there is such problem but refused to refund or change it to new one. So they know they are selling trash and they are happy with it.

Please stop “saving smart map” all the time, its very annoying to wait for it to load. Also app should be much faster and smarter, robot is expensive, but app seems like quickly made without UX designer. Please improve the app!

App is ok for starting and stopping robot. Most other advanced features are difficult to understand or give constant errors. At least with roomba j7. For example, once robot is started, its not possible to change the job. You can only pause and send home. Only when robot has returned home you can change job. Most of the maps robot creates are corrupted for some reason and when you want to look at the map after robot is finished, app just crashes without even giving an error. Not possible see progress during job, you have to send robot back home. No easy way to just send robot to saved areas, only way is to start job and them skip trough saved areas. Even tho robot has mapped some rooms, it will never visit them later when cleaning. Each job updates the map and for some reason some rooms go bigger and bigger. So i need to frequently delete the map and start over. The map should get more accurate, not less with each cleaning cycle.

Horrible app. Doesn’t make sense half the time and they don’t care. Do not waste your money. Do not recommend this product at all

Support for the app doesn’t exist. I contacted them two weeks ago with the log in problem — no response so far. The app stopped allowing me to log in after the recent update. Other family members using our shared account don’t have such problems. iRobot support doesn’t respond at all :(

Немного путается в ориентации по комнате. Пишет, что убирает детскую, а сам ездит в спальне. Неплохо было бы добавить возможность присоединять в iHome Apple
