Really disappointing
I was level 33 had gold everything all weapons and armour was maxed out I had invested a lot of my money into this game and buying packs when I could playing this game everyday until today I open it signed in to my one and only account only for it to be restarted and back to the beginning of learning the games intro and becoming level 1 with nothing like what the hell…. So much time and money wasted My user was jameswbarton666 and now it says I’m Gregory
It's good, but it could be so much better
Have been playing this game for a pretty solid week, and just lost another lot of "'coins' to 'Play'" because the game keeps crashing intermittently during challenges!! (iPad Mini 5; OS v15.5) I also note the web site identifies "Various connection errors" as another debilitating issue I also experience! (What is the Date Stamp for "this" one!?) This is extremely frustrating as it is not just 'coins' I keep losing, but also entire challenges as well. Anyone playing this game will appreciate how time-consuming and difficult it is to work your character up in levels. Also, given the complexity and breadth of the game, I was expecting to find a detailed "Manual" to download. The [Contact Us] FAQs for further information are cursory at best, and, not all of us want to participate in the "Forum". Seriously guys, you really need to lift "your game". I suspect you are making money hand-over-fist with this game—HINT: Rubies, and should be able get the game, and associated support, right by now!
Wonderful Game, but!
I really do think this game has a lot of good things going for it. The graphics and gameplay are terrific. I’m sure the storyline is likely good, but I tab through it. The fighting moves are great, and brutal. However, the one thing that drives me insane, is the fact the game consistently crashes on my iPad. I’m hoping with future patches this can be addressed. Other than that great work guys.

I have been looking for the perfect medieval game and this ticks everything, amazing story, well done graphics and incredible RPG elements to add to it, This game is truly a beautiful masterpiece. I definitely recommend this game to play.

Constant Crashing and Advertising Scam
Game crashes every time or second time you play. End up costing rubies, which you have to buy? Advertising gone mad, tells you to watch ad to get reward, but no reward comes. Total scam of a game. Avoid spending time and money!

Great but a big bug
When I unlocked fortress it said that I failed to attack and I could leave the tab and I have tried every thing if any tips please write back but it is an epic game and love it
