App doesn’t work. Contacted support and their response was sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t we don’t support the app.

I do aerial pipeline patrol 5 days a week and dread every week the day I need this app. Thank Jesus it’s only 1 day a week
In between tickets there are large spaces. I like Android, iPhone puts large spaces below each ticket and the next. Sometimes it closes the gap but still bad. Big huge problem is that while using the camera it only works in portrait mode or verticals. It won’t work sideways. If for some chance you take lots of photos and accidentally move the phone too far to the side well then you lose all the photos and have to exit the camera and do it all over again. I cannot convey how inconvenient that is.
Instead of fixing bugs, every new update introduces new ones! With this most recent update, capturing Photos is almost impossible, and the photo orientation gets flipped around. Saving photos is an essential part of my job, but your software continues to get worse and worse with every update in this regard. Do you guys even test your software before you release it?
Has had upload and sync issues for years, not even a semblance of a new app/update being developed. Complete overhaul is needed.
Apps 10 years ago were more user friendly. This has made my job harder. Terrible ticket management program. 0 stars.
Does not pull in all the tickets from in associated queue. Does not allow copy and paste function, Which would be extremely helpful.
constant failure to sync. the app also keeps mapping my tickets incorrectly, and shows them as far north as newfoundland or way south intennessee — my tickets are all in ohio. this makes it really difficult to route my day
I can make it work, but the UI/UX has a lot of work needed. You have to coax it and trick it into doing what it should just do.
I have all the settings correct. Everything is up to date and this thing still won’t sync. Please help.
