It’s better to buy from Renfe, their competition. Renfe is more expensive but at least you will Be able to buy a ticket. With this app you can’t buy anything, it is really bad, bugs everywhere. Don’t waste your time and buy from Renfe. Their website is as bad, it does not allow me to use any of my credit cards. No problem with Renfe.
Inexplicable UX design and can’t perform basic functions like changing a ticket. What is the point of this app?
App is very buggy it hangs so many times, difficult to use the app :-(
Can’t log in. The app tosses me to to their web site to log in. After providing my un/pw I get tosses back to that same page with the un/pw fields cleared. So I can’t log in and the app is useless. BTW, by using a browser and going directly to their site I can log in no problem.
I just downloaded the app. No option to register first. The only option the app gives you is to sign in with username and password which I obviously didn’t create yet. Contacted customer service via chat just to be told they are not available at this time. What a joke, I will erase the app because is good for nothing.
The app is crashing ll the time. Sometimes as you try to open it. You need a new version.
Their site says the app is the best way to change a ticket, but if that ticket wasn’t bought with an already-registered account, it’s useless. I had to register to access the app at all, than then couldn’t import a previously purchased ticket. IT worse than Renfe or Iberia… they should be ashamed of themselves!
Un absoluto truño de aplicación. No puedes hacer nada si no tienes una cuenta y ni siquiera te de la opción de crearla. ¿De verdad? Los que han creado y dado el visto bueno a esta aplicación deben estar viviendo en el paleolítico prehistórico. ¡Espabilaros!
