I loaded a program - started with height very hard to change but would not accept program after I loaded photo and measurements and hit finish but nothing. P issed off - spent a fortune but IT again lets you down.

Now I can upload my Isa body challenge for your app this is just simply amazing, thanks so much.

Since my app updated a couple of days ago every night got at 10pm it keeps “binging” constantly for about 10-15mins. Please fix this STAT!

This app needs some serious no compromise. It should becoming more effective as the evolution of business grows and progressive in nature. Associates need to be able actually set up an referral to a friend and set up everything with an temporary password and no payment information until the email or phone number associated with it is accessed by intended recipient confirms allowing the associate to do the legwork for those whom are ready to join in the journey of the best nutrition available known. The reliance of the new enrollees is way too Stressful for many people!!!

Can’t update autoship order in the app. Have to go online. Frustrating

Woke up this morning and I can’t get into the app at all. I’ve reinstalled, changed my password and spent half an hour chatting with customer service. Halfway through my challenge and just hoping that I haven’t lost all of my progress in the app. So disappointing.

Besides the force closes and login issues. The daily checklists is good and bad. If you copy from previous day and you add something it goes on top instead of in time order. Should have a default checklist that the user can edit for each day. Not very user friendly. Finding food why is your products in list form and can’t be quickly searched?

It shouldn’t be that difficult to keep users logged in! Why make the credentials “expire” at random intervals sometimes multiple times in a day? This is supposed to be an app that is accessed frequently during the day to log all info and it is annoying to have to enter login info again.

This app should be better! For the amount of money that is paid for this program the app needs to be more useful. It is high maintenance to add your daily food intake. I am not spending an hour searching to add foods and drinks that are not part of the default menu. The app is so slow it’s ridiculous! Trying to place an order takes forever. I know I’m exaggerating but really let fix that speed. I am definitely one of those buyers who will just go to someone better and not waste time maneuvering an app. I am only talking about the app and not the program. I have lost weight and it is good. Just fix the app so it compliments the program.
