As bad as it gets
This is probably the worst app I have ever used. It’s slow, crashes, not at all intuitive. What an absolute disgrace!

The app can also be used by leisure centre staff members to validate tickets.
To use this product you must have the site reference codes from your participating leisure centres' website.

Wow, really disappointed 1leisure have gone over to this!
Clumsy
Doesn’t allow the use of fingerprint or face recognition, have to use password every time. Had to re-load after iOS 15.6 upgrade. Frustrating app

Why do authorities like Gravesham council adopt such unreliable awful apps. I have tried so many times that now given up trying to book through the app. Please sort this out, HR department! Look at your reviews and ratings

This app is so rubbish. Our local Sports Centre just started using it and it’s impossible to book as a guest. It makes you wait until 4 days before the session until you can book rather than the previous 7 and won’t let me get pass putting the session in the basket - just freezes. On both the app and web version. And why can’t you search by date? Surely that’s should be an obvious option????
So many issues
I don’t know how many times I have tried to reset my password due to not being able to login!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times in the hope that this helps - let’s see!!!

iOS 15.0.2
App does not render correctly after upgrading to iOS 15.0.2 It shows a very narrow page that does not fill the screen of multiple model of iPhones and iPad
ISO 15 Fault
Since updating to ISO 15 the app does not size correctly so you cannot make or view bookings. Before the update, it worked well.
