App is very slow with lots of pop-ups which is annoying when you are at the cashier trying to scan the barcode with a long line of people behind you.

Please figure it out asap, can't clock points nor use the e-vouchers

My login stuck in my old iphone cant login its stuck ! Very bad design .

Your App is almost redundant! Encountered so much issues over and again. Firstly, you keep logging me out; have to sign in and out. Then when I wanted to sign in again recently it kept leading me to the sign up page instead of sign in page. Haven’t been able to use this App for a while, therefore, have not been purchasing from Isetan since. Majority of the Apps keep people signed in. I suggest your side resolve this App issues urgently!

Ios version doesnt work

What a shame that such a big chain supermarket store can’t even have a proper apps working! Already the second time can’t log in even with the right log in details. Sorry but really useless with such members app! Keep it for your own use please, don’t inconvenience the customers. 日本の恥じゃん‼︎

Extremely bad app. Full of Bugs

This app doesn’t work. Can’t reset my password. Tried contacting tech support, couldn’t help me. totally useless.

It’s a totally failure, took me very long to log in and nothing showed up…I regret to update it… now can not log in anymore

Wanted to rate it 0 star. The App just can’t open after the 1st June update. It was just at the loading screen and kept popping up messages such as “invalid “ or “ Sorry something went wrong”. It was just working fine before the update
