Asked me to choose a user name and it kept telling me “that’s an incorrect user name and password”. Tried it 6 time using 6 different user names nothing worked. This app shouldn’t have 4 stars, it should be one star cuz I couldn’t even get started. But knowing them they will delete my helpful comment telling you to not download this because that’s how companies be…. Shady. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Im going to start charging $2 more per eval because this app refuses to save all the photos. Constantly getting kickbacks from editors. Can’t believe you abandoned the brand new Maritz platform for this.

I can’t even log in. And no one answers the phone when I call. Kind of pointless. So frustrating.

I did a shop for this company and the app on my iPad works fine but this app on my iPhone says I’m not a user and will not pull up any information. This makes shopping for them very difficult. The company uses two apps this one and the Sadie app- the Sadie app works great but when they return a shop to me it wasn’t on the Sadie app where I had originally signed up for it. It took me about a 1/2 hr to find it on this app but on my iPad only NOT on the iPhone app which is ridiculous! Why would you make an app to work on the iPad but not the iPhone and furthermore why won’t it sync with the app on the iPad?? Terrible app!!

The app is a total failure. Upon typing my user name and password, it states it is incorrect. This app is completely useless! One star is too much.

I cannot get the app to work and the address is incorrect and I cannot get it to let me correct it. It still has the old address. I had this app working before you switched to the new location and now it doesn’t recognize my login information. I have job and I cannot wait for you to fix it.

This app can be frustrating. When I'm trying to see updated shops that are available, the app often gets stuck and won't show any available shops. You have to keep going in and out of the app to reset it and then you see all the shops. Plus the icon at the top that is supposed to show the list of all available shops doesn't work. I've tried deleting and reloading this app and these glitches are still there. This is so frustrating!

The app will not let me login to my account making the app unusable.

The app doesn’t look like the FAQ’s sheet provided. It didn’t load my information, ran a loop of profile entries and never stopped. I’m sad to say I wasn’t able to use it. Deleted it and will be reverting to desk top.

I use this for all my mystery shop data collection. It makes it faster and much easier. Great app!
