They find every reason not to pay you. You better be able to give them all conversations verbatim. Half the time you can’t sign into your account. Don’t waste your time or money.

I don’t know why people are complaining! I love this app. Easy money !!!

I can’t even log into the app. I enter my information and click submit and it changes what I had entered in. I used the website to do a shop that has 7 different parts. It’s suggested to click save frequently so you don’t lose your work. It didn’t work, I got an error after clicking save and lost everything. I entered my information again, clicked save and got an error again. Appears they have some bugs to work out. There’s lots of mystery shopping companies out there that don’t have issues.

It’s always been extremely slow and constantly crashing every 5min. Now it’s been getting even worse and the photos I’m submitting aren’t being uploaded to the server for some reason, so I constantly am having my shops sent back to me just to resend the same photos I’ve already sent. So I’m having to do all this extra work for something that’s not my fault!!! They really NEED to fix this issue!!!

Have to delete and reinstall app every time I use it. Opens with white screen and does nothing even after several minutes and attempts. When putting in data it will freeze. When trying to submit it will just have the circle twirling and you can’t do anything else. When it works, it’s great to be able to input shops quickly. When not working, it is frustrating

When I open the app there is only a white screen. If I try to register it says that the mail or password is not correct. I trie to download the app again but the same thing happens.

The app is very slow and your not able to load or move around without refreshing the screen. Very annoying.

Garbage … install and reinstall errors

I’m trying to get in touch with someone from tech-support I can’t take the certification quiz it’s stuck and I can’t get into the shop and I can’t do the shop I need to have done for today because I’ve been trying since like yesterday to do the certification and it won’t submit it won’t reload it’s just a giant red bar please help someone

I launched the original IShopForIpsos app which pointed me to IShopForIpsos Next. I launched the new app & signed in. All I got was a black screen with title bar with Home on the left & avatar on the right. Tapping home does absolutely nothing, tapping the avatar, brings up Account Settings, which lists Terms of Use, Cookie Policy & Privacy Policy. A very big disappointment. I’m back to using the browser.
