Great banking app with new features added all the time!
All very good, still dissatisfied with cheque limit, other banks no problem . Don’t understand why as if cheques don’t clear funds withdrawn anyway
Been using this app for years. It seems secure, and it's nearly always been reliable. Has all the features I would need. My only issue is that some transactions take a while to go through, and I end up going overdrawn as a result. Probably more of an issue with the bank, than the app, though.
The IOM app is the only bank app I can use without making mistakes !! I wish the top amount was higher than £2000 a day especially when on holiday
I can’t update for the latest version. The app won’t do it. I tried wholeday today. I was thinking to delete the app and then download it again(the best option i could think it right now)
Simple and easy to transfer money between accounts with the Isle of Man Bank app.
Clearly there was a problem with bankline, I couldnt log in … tried chat and phoning. Told to fill in a form and email … I did, was told I’d receive a code within 2 hours … it took over 70 hours. While the staff logged off and went home for the weekend, I couldn’t pay wages. Disgusting service. Just not good enough. Will anyone care?? Will it change?
every time I want to make it larger than usual payment, or transfer funds to another bank account or investment, my transactions get flagged by the fraud team. This then means I have to spend between half an hour and an hour attempting to access my own money. For this reason, I will be closing my accounts in the coming weeks, as it’s been happening far too regularly. The £87k that's there, will slowly be moving to Santander, Aldermore and Investec... no doubt this will take hours of my time, because every transaction or transfer will have to go through the fraud team. It’s ridiculous.
Trouble with face recognition, changed reference of payment, then app switched to face recognition, with apparently no alternative form of authorisation, got to the last chance before app accepted face recognition. Keeps logging me out
