Too many bugs.
I’ve been using this app for about three years now and even with a few updates it’s still too buggy. My advice, avoid the cams from this brand. And now with ads. What a crap!

Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the number of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Muito desapontado
Comprei 2 câmaras e uma deixou de dar, sem eu saber porquê. Comprei um segundo CubOne e não o consigo sequer instalar. Remeti e-mail a pedir apoio e não recebo nenhuma resposta

Lixo
Tenho em uso duas câmeras que hoje são puro lixo. Com a nova actualização não é possível usar o cartão de memória e somos obrigados a subscrever um plano da cloud. Estão prontas para ir para a reciclagem!
Muito mau.
Não se consegue adicionar a câmara através da aplicação. Lendo o QR code não faz nada, somente pesquisa na web. Vai ser devolvida. Puro lixo.
Nova APP não presta!
O software antigo da APP anterior, layout quando era de cor verde, funcionava muito bem. Esta nova versão da APP não presta! Sempre a dar notificações, sempre tudo a acionar e a disparar alarmes quando ele está desligado. Conclusão, já retirei o equipamento, devolvi, mudei de marca e NÃO ACONSELHO A NINGUÉM! Fraco apoio on-line para resolver esta questão
Nova versão nada intuitiva
Boa noite Desde que alteraram o layout do alarme que não funciona em condições. Sempre a receber notificações de aberturas de portas quando as mesmas estão desligadas, muitas limitações de configuração, muito menos atrativo que o layout anterior. A única coisa de bom neste software é apenas ver as câmeras em simultâneo. Software antigo volta que estás perdoado.
Fui enganado ?
Vocês fizeram uma alteração e o sistema deixou de funcionar. Querem aceitar a devolução do sistema por 1 euro ? Se sim digam para eu comprar outra marca.
Muito desapontado.
Desde este último update da App, que não tenho acesso ao Cube, não consigo adicionar a câmara, nada funciona. A nova interface não é intuitiva, por favor tragam a antiga de volta. Very disappointed. Since the last update of the App, I don’t have access to the Cube, can not add the camera, nothing works. The new interface is not intuitive, please bring the old one back.
