Image can not be shown and the cam always shut down automatically

I can no longer view online via the app after this recent update

經常load 唔到update畫面、接收質素好差！永遠唔再買呢個品牌！很廢、很差勁的產品！

Doesn’t support iOS13 despite it says so. Very doubtful about how much testing they have done before releasing, or any at all.

Though it got a button on the upper left corner for searching by pan and tilt but it can also change the view angle by just swiping the screen with your finger up and down or left and right, besides you can select your monitoring resolution from 480p, 720p to 1080p to fit your internet transferring speed, what I can comment in the mean time for this app is one word:”Good!”

After updating the app, all the precious photos and videos were lost, please fix this ASAP!!!

After the latest update: 1) Always won't connect and when connected 2) The top left screen show the CAM_label name, please update with an option to REMOVE it! 3) Do not update the app when it just working fine!

I’m surprised to see a few negative comments, my family is using this app for almost a year and it’s very reliable. We haven’t faced any technical problems either and there was 4 of us constantly keeping watch. Always recommending it to other family and friends.
