The app is useless for those who are visitors or have no kimlik yet. The “Foreign” tab on the registration page asks for both ID and Passport number.

I’m unable to receive the varification code on my mobile number while registering in the application.

I can't seem to register my details as a foreigner since the system requires you to enter a Turkish ID or Foreign National ID Number that is issued when someone gets a residence card. The problem is that I recently applied for the TRC and I have not been issued the card yet (apparently around 3 months long process at the moment). In the absence of a Foreign National ID Number, how can a foreigner register him / her self in the system to enter their HES Code (required due to Covid pandemic) to keep using the public transport beyond 15 Jan 2021?
