Reminder to be mindful
This app has been a great assistant in reminding me to be mindful of my emotional state throughout the day. I am able to adjust my stress by being aware of it. It took me a little while to figure out how it really worked and after initially being skeptical I was able to note that the reminders actually coincided with my stress related activities and emotional state.

I love this app i use it everyday. But the only thing is I cant make a widget and I dont like that.

This app is very helpful and keeps me in check.
Real time notifications!
I chose this app because I wanted the real time notifications of my HRV levels. At first, the notification feature didn’t seem to be working, but it appears they fixed that issue a couple of weeks ago. I get realtime notifications now, and I really like their watch face options. If it keeps working like it is right now, I highly recommend this app.

Keeps me aware of my stress level and reminds me to take a time out and relax.

IStress rocks
I love this app because it gives me quick little reminders throughout the day. If I’m too stressed out, it reminds me to take a breath, and if I’m doing well, I get rewarded love it.
Very Good Do Far!
I just started using the basic, unpaid app and so far it is pretty informative, I like it. I will use it for awhile and figure out if I want to buy the extras or keep it like this!
