Nie działa udostępnianie rezerwacji

Aplikacji nie można wgrać. Na tablicy ogłoszeń brak godzin dyżurów rezydentki. Jedynie kod qr i odesłanie do aplikacji. Już godzinę klikam i nic . A nie można by tak napisać od której do której jest dyżur? Chyba że to tajemnica i wiedza tylko dla wtajemniczonych.!!!!Masakra!!!!!A może RODO? Dobrze że chociaż imię rezydentki w hotelu Bluebay znamy. Zresztą mało sympatyczna i zero pomocna.Te pozytywne opinie chyba sami piszecie i odpowiadacie na nie.Bo odpowiedzi na negatywne opinie prawie nie ma.Taaaaka nowoczesność.!! !!!
Dramat!
Zarezerwowałam wycieczkę ale od razu poprowadziło mnie do ścieżki płatności - ok zapłaciłam. Pierwszy mail od Itaki był opłać wycieczkę! za którą już zapłaciłam, ale nie widzą tego. Ściągnęłam aplikację -zarejestrowałam się i uzupełniłam wszystkie dane i apka twierdzi że nie mam wycieczki, każe mi uzupełnić dane ręcznie z podaniem numeru rezerwacji - co robię i dalej po podaniu nr rezerwacji prosi ponownie o wszystkie dane! I nawet po ich podaniu nadal nie widzi rezerwacji. Pewnie przeładowała się w nocy i rano już widzi, że jednak mam tą wycieczkę. Słabe! Lecę więc i nie dostaje listu powitalnego, który podobno miałam dostać więc nie wiem kto i gdzie ma na mnie na miejscu czekać. Wchodzę w aplikację gdzie jest opcja kontaktu z rezydentem ale opcja nie działa! Brawo Itaka - super sprawa że zrobiliście apkę tylko po co???? Bo jest totalnie bezużyteczna.

Od kilku lat próbuje uzyskać możliwość logowania się do aplikacji moimi danymi logowania ze strony Itaka … i nic. Mimo kilkunastu zapewnień różnych pracowników i działów, że już powinno …. DALEJ NIE DZIAŁA !!

Nie działa logowanie!
Nie można się w ogóle zalogować. Przez przeglądarkę można bez problemu, ale w aplikacji wywala cały czas „błędne hasło”.

Dwie różne bazy danych?
Na iPhone ciągle zwraca mi nieprawidłowe hasło. Na Androidzie loguję się na to samo hasło bez problemu.
