Italian Translator Offline

This app is amazing. In particular, it can be used off-line and the translations are very good and instantaneous!

Cannot fault it.

Bloody impossible to use. Totally unclear.

Fantastic translator both from English to Italian and vice versa......at the drop of a hat, and not just the words but wide range of usage too. Brilliant!

BEWARE! Some words are translated into English blasphemy when there is a perfectly civil and proper alternative! Suitable for 4+ year olds! I don’t think so. It highlights the utter ignorance of the app developer.

this app is really helpful with learning. a lot of apps and google translate only translate the english to like one italian sentence whereas this app allows you do have variations of the same sentence. it also gives you other translations which would be useful so you can just write them down or say them, however you like to practise and study. love this app so much!

You need this app if you are English and can’t speak Italian and you are visiting Italy. I have struggled to find any wifi and this app works offline. Virtually everyone I have tried to speak to knows no English, or a very tiny amount. I was totally intending to try and learn the lingo whilst in Italy but didn’t expect for this app to be so invaluable. Download it before you go. Also if you can find a decent app for menu translation - taking a photo - you will save yourself a lot of time but if you don’t mind surprises with your food you will be fine!

Why is this app called ‘ Italian Offline’? It used to function offline prior to a recent upgrade. Now you have to buy the advanced version, otherwise it won’t work. I’m sure this is just a mistake on their part- otherwise it would just be a blatant misrepresentation to get you to install the app......
