Italian Verbs Trainer

I have a few small apps to supplement a more comprehensive online learning program. This is the most useful.

I just bought the upgrade version and they took my money but the app never upgraded, im so disappointed because it is a good app but it doesn’t work properly

Just upgraded this app. Cannot contact them to tell them that it does not work and paid extra for an upgrade. Now the old app doesn't work. How do you get in contact with them to let them know? How can I get the charge taken off? It was helpful before this happened.

Upgrade charges the bank card but then the app can't recognize the upgrade so u don't get to use it. And then taping the help button in this app causes the app to crash.

Seemed like it might be great so I decided to upgrade to get more tenses. But it freezes on the upgrade screen after I hit "buy now" and enter my iTunes ID. Hopefully I haven't been charged twice...

There is a bug so bad that it renders the app unusable. The quizzes lack the pronoun "loro", yet the conjugation is presented, so it is impossible to select a right answer since "loro", the correct answer is missing. Further, there is no simple past tense offered!!! Cannot recommend this app.

The only thing that has changed in this version is the logo of the app! Just the trainer works properly!! Useless update!

I'm having the same problem, getting kicked off app. Only thing available is the trainer. Please set up old verb trainer. It was great.

This app should be removed by Apple. I purchased it and before I could use it I was blocked by an upgrade offer and I am unable to use. No more apps for me until I get my money back.

The first screen presents an "upgrade" mandate that renders the rest useless. Don't bother.
