Unable to sign in

The login doesn't work. It hangs for ages then says "there was an error ..." - is nobody monitoring this ?

Doesn’t work properly with apple wallet

Seems to save the tickets using initial of first name, and surname, but 2 members of my family have the same first initial so cannot save all tickets in the wallet!

Non si sa da dove cominciare, questi sono senza speranza. Comunque sempre meglio di Trenitalia.

Sistemate l’app

Sarebbe possibile sapere perché gli sviluppatori dell’app non migliorano e rendono più accessibile quest’applicazione?Cambiare biglietti A/R è una vera impresa (si fa prima ad andare in stazione), non si può controllare dove si trova il treno e se questo è in ritardo o meno, non si può inoltre vedere da che piattaforma partirà ed arriverà. Aggiornate e sistemate questa applicazione perché è veramente una brutta pubblicità.

Problemi postepay

L app non riesce a reindirizzare alla pagina di pagamento postepay e il pagamento viene rifiutato.

As always when any italian company does anything there are issues.. Trainline works perfectly and is so easy to use.. welcome to Italy!

Apparently you have to live in Italy to use it

App itself is quite nice but registration is a nightmare. Only option for address is Italian and without one you cant register. Some people might be tempted to make one up.

Key feature missing

All I wanted was to have a handy way to keep my train tickets - but it doesn't show past purchases in the app. Lazy developers or lazy product team, either way, one star.
