How does it work?
1. Download the app
2. Sign up (as a private or business user, or with a company voucher code)
3. Select payment type (add a credit card or choose Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal or BLIK)
4. Order a taxi and... ride!
What's so special about iTaxi?
a) PRICE CONTROL
We have two price options: Choose the fixed fee using iTaxi Ticket to see the total cost of the ride before ordering a cab, or alternatively use the taximeter like a traditional taxi, allowing you to control the route your driver takes. And you can always reach us with any problems.
b) VERIFIED DRIVERS
For your peace of mind, all our drivers are verified for identity, have passed our internal exam, and are fully insured.
c) MOBILE PAYMENT
Don't worry about carrying cash or cards, just choose mobile payments and the taxi bill will be charged directly to your chosen payment type.
d) ADVANCE BOOKINGS
You can order a future ride by simply choosing your desired date and time, and rest assured your taxi will arrive on time!
e) SPECIAL CAB
Do you need a specific type of vehicle? You can choose the number of seats you require, plus safety partition, large trunk, or pet transport. These are available with just one click.
f) PREMIUM
Going somewhere fancy? Choose this option if you'd like to ride in style in a luxury car.
g) SHHHHH..!
Do you prefer to travel in silence? Just choose the option Quiet Ride in your profile!
h) SUPPORT A CHARITY
You can support a Foundation by selecting one of our chosen charities and we will donate automatically after each ride when you pay by card.

Był tylko pewien czas ze nie było taxi na lotnisku, musiałem często czekać do ok 30min, ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony, polecam śmiało usługi 👍
Confusing message about the time when booking from a different zone
I was booking a taxi for my mum and when I selecting the time, I received a message: ‘you’re in the zone: Europe/London. By ordering taxi ride fo the future, order will be planned in the time zone of the place travel (Poland).’ Guess what, the travel wasn’t planned in the Polish time zone. The application displayed that I booked the taxi for 5am but it didn’t arrive until 6am! My mum missed her coach and had to rearrange the travel. Please fix this feature ASAP!!
Niestety nie mogę zainstalować .
Może i dobrze , bo czytam w opiniach ze aplikacja aplikacją a złotówy dalej swoje: nie myślą o zbudowaniu marki tylko o oskubaniu klienta dziś . Dziwić się , ze uber się tak rozwinął .
Terrible service and company
I was told my taxi would be 16-20 zly which is 3-4 £ I then got to hotel and was told it was ten times that amount , was then threatened with the police and had to pay up very embarrassing situation and won’t use again and recommend people to watch when using this company.
Not working in smaller towns
I tried to order a taxi in a town in Poland (population over 100.000) and after 20 min it was cancelled! Waste of time!

Awful
Of 4 attempted bookings, one, which was booked 24hrs ahead was fine. Other 3 attempts, drivers accepted bookings and then cancelled them at short notice. Very unprofessional Forget trying to hail one on the fly, easier to flag one down on the street Avoid

Terrible app, I can’t register because it does not send veryfication code. I tried on my UK Number and polish number as well.
Złotowy i oszuści naciągają klienta a korporacja nic z tym nie robi
Była promocja 50% za przejazd przy płatności aplikacja.Zamawiam taksówkę. Po kursie dowiaduje sie ze musze zapłacić gotówka i 100% bo kierowca miał gotówkę ustawiona na telefonie i nie ma innej opcji!!! . WTF zwykle oszustwo !!!co by było gdybym nie miał pieniędzy. Po napisaniu reklamacji cisza nawet pocałuj sie w dupę nie odpisali. Dziękuje nigdy więcej jest jeszcze niezawodny uber z którym nie ma problemu. Znajomi juz tez wiedza i napewno nie dadzą sie naciągnąć jakiemuś cwaniakowi z rozsypującego sie srebrnego volvo we Wrocławiu
