Doesn’t work
I return the bike to the station, bike locks, I get a message saying “your return was not accepted”, the app says I haven’t returned the bike, I have to call customer service. Every time.

Congratulations to anybody who manages to register
I gave up after an hour. I think I managed to get some sort of registration but I never received the pin. I guess the problem is with the mobile phone format from the Uk. Would be nice if the site actually gave some guidance as to how to do that.

Pretty much unusable
Can’t log in. Can only access account through the website. No response from customer service.
The worst bike share service ever
Both the app and the bike service are terrible. The app glitches, the UX is bad and not functional at all. System doesn’t register bikes as returned, and since they have no gps you have to call customer service, email them photos and forced to accept questionable rules. The bikes itself are heavy and uncomfortable.
Unable to enter postcode / register
So annoying , the app will not accept my postcode in any format , this makes it impossible to register and use !!!
Brilliant
This app works perfectly for me. I have a UK phone number and details and there haven’t been any issues. It’s a great scheme, I’ll make the most of it during my visit to Warsaw!
Worst app ever and not respecting GDPR rules!!!
The app doesn’t work with UK number and to sign up it forces you to agree to receive marketing communication which is against GDPR rules!
