Categorisation and location: The basic sorting is by category and subcategory (type of item) and also by location and sublocation (where it is), all customisable.
Item status: The status of an item indicates whether it's in its place, has been loaned to someone else, borrowed by you, is on your wish list, or no longer exists.
Share with friends: Share information about your items with your friends, but only what you want them to see. When you lend or borrow something, make a note and a notification, so you don't forget.
