Ithmaar Bank

In comparison to other bank apps in Bahrain, it is unnecessarily complicated! I downloaded this app it few years ago and deleted it, and again today, I did the same! After completing all the process of creating a new account, I discovered that it had none of my banck account information and I had to repeat the steps all over again! Besides, the platform is no user friendly, if you are using ur phone, it doesn’t show all the characters that u r typing! There are plenty of user-friendly and secure bank apps in Bahrain, check them and you might learn something!

When I am uploading my id, I am receiving technical error message

ارجو من البنك تحديث التطبيق حول مشكلة الان التطبيق بعد المصادقه على الفتح عن طريق الوجه لا يتم حفظ الباسورد ويقول ادخل الباسورد كتابيًا نرجو النظر في الموضوع علمًا بانى مازلت على تحديث ios14.8 حيث يوجد مشاكل كثيره في تحديث ios 15

The app is useful. However, for transferring please add an option to edit your saved beneficiary details/delete it. It’s troublesome as you cannot add the same details again if you accidentally entered wrong details - it will show you that you already have this beneficiary details entered.

‏أولا: ‏للأسف البرنامج لا يمكن المستخدم من إرسال واستقبال النقود عن طريق رقم الهاتف فقط. ‏ثانيا: البرنامج يتوقف في بعض الأحيان عند الإرسال وخصوصا في دفع الفواتير ‏وقد اخبرت البنك عن طريق الاتصال اكثر من مرة ‏ولذلك نرجو من القائمين على هذا البرنامج القيام بالتحديث سريعا،، وللعلم هاتفي iPhone 10
