Meglepően jól működik

Machine is GREAT... APP is unreliable 90% of the time

March 2021 Same - app doesn't work most times. Need to reset and reinstall a few times before it works. App doesn’t work most times. Have to reset it which is a bit of a frustrating process. Sent 2020 Many times when I scan a client their history appears as if they had never had a scan. Also, clients’ names appear many times, as it seems the app thinks it is dif people as they had dif scans done at different dates. This is very frustrating as you end up with many clients listed but it might be the same person. I have also had times when the reading just won’t work. The itovi will appear as disconnected but it is on and everything is ok. I contacted customer service and they were helpful. They sent me some instructions on how to reset my machine and then it started working again. I’ve had to do that a few times which is a bit frustrating, but it does work in the end. Sept 2019

I love the iTOVi and the new version of the app - if only it would work!

ITOVi, you need to fix the glitches in your app. With what I’m paying you a month, I should be getting premium custom service. Yet, there is not a service rep in sight that I can contact. I love the device, and the app when it worked! I am subscribed to the app and the essential life, yet, I cannot access the premium features. It says that my 14 day trial has ended, and that I must subscribe to access these features. Which I then click on, and nothing happens. This is SO annoying. I loved the app when I could access the premium content, but this is driving me mad. Especially that I am paying for it. Please fix this ASAP!

Can't register

I've downloaded app but can't register, it just sends you to a reset password page which obviously it doesn't recognise my email address as I haven't registered!
