I've had almost two years of prior experience with several bluetooth tracking devices from a competitor before acquiring an iTrack 2 device. My experience with iTrack 2 beats my previous experiences with this type of device, but still doesn't quite fulfill expectations. While the batteries of my previous bluetooth trackers only lasted a few months, iTrack 2 lasted about seven months. Still, the manufacturer claims the batteries work for 12-18 months. My attempt to replace the battery failed. There was no response when a new battery had been installed. It may not be the battery that's at fault. Maybe the device itself has stopped working for some reason. I'm not sure. Anyway…I don't think I experienced the device ever disconnecting, which was a recurring problem with my previous bluetooth trackers.

It worked for a while, but now it only works when it is within inches of the phone.

Nice, I don’t have any worries now I used to lost my car keys a lot but now I’m finding with my iTrackEasy smart tracker love it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Followed every instruction exactly. The device just would not connect

Not working and no support. Not the best solution especially since my keys are currently LOST

I wanted a device to tell me if I forgot my phone. I’ve tested it, and it works for my needs . . . However . . . Why do I need to be logged in to their site and have active cellular data to use this device when a simple Bluetooth connection should be enough? Big Brother is Watching, tracking your location and selling your contact information.

App won’t let me even get through the sign in process. I enter my email, then try to enter a password, and the keyboard disappears and the area you type in turns yellow and won’t let me do anything.

I love it! It works great and has an excellent range

Sometimes it works and other times it’s disconnected...I don’t know how it get disconnected so easy. Tile works better in my experience but I’m giving this another try on another phone.
