This app made it very easy for me to renew my passport. My favorite part was that I could take my photo online and they attached it to my application so I didn’t have to run around looking for a place to take my photo. Also, they sent me a label with postage that I could print and affix to an envelope and send in my old passport and my payment sparing me a trip to the post office. They kept me updated throughout my application process, and I had my new passport in hand within about five weeks. Very convenient.

I have been using it’s easy for years. They always come through. I recently (April 2024) renewed our passports with them but the State Department had a system issue. it’s easy navigated through that and we received our passports on time. I will always use them for renewals and visas.

I called a total of 5 passport expeditors to find one I thought was trustworthy as I was concerned about sending my passport to someone I never met and knew nothing about. I called different companies and got conflicting information about the amount they claimed the government charged for an expedited passport. And some charged a surcharge to get a passport card in addition to a new passport —which requires nothing more than checking off a box on the application. Then I got lucky when a friend recommended It’s Easy. They were incredible. Everything was so easy from being able to take my passport photo on the app to getting updates every step of the way. I was informed when they received my application, when everything was complete, when they submitted it to the passport office, when the passport office approved it and was printing my passport, when the passport office sent it out. I was amazed! was as if I had a cousin in the business taking care of it for me personally. For the record, I rarely write reviews, but was compelled to do so because my experience with It’s Easy was extraordinary.

Our passports expired during the pandemic. We used this app and the whole process only took four weeks. Extremely easy to use and personalized service and recommendations on photos.

My experience with ItsEasy was excellent. I needed a renewal quickly and found this service to be excellent. I followed the instructions carefully and the whole process went very smoothly. They kept me informed of the progress and I received the passport much faster than I expected. I read some reviews before trying the service and it seemed that many of the problems were related to people maybe not paying close enough attention to the detailed requirements. The actual processing is through the US Dept of State, and they will only accept applications with the correct information in the required format.
