Good customer service but hard to navigate
It’s great that iTunes has a large selection and good customer service regarding refunds but when I search for tv shows etc they appear all scrambled and out of sequence.

Trouble downloading songs
Difficulty in downloading to the then put on a GoPro video. I’ve subscribed but it still wants me to pay for individual songs!

Ok so I have no money so I listen to Sabrina Carpinder songs.The annoying thing is…..It only plays about 3 minutes of them!My conclusion,make it full songs!Think about THE POOR APPLE!THE POOR! DO NOT DISAGREE PLEASE! I AM CHILD! AND I HAVE FEELINGS!
Just because you bought it doesn’t mean you keep it.
Over the years I’ve spent a lot of money on iTunes. A lot of content purchased to keep is suddenly not in my library, why, because certain artists withdraw their licenses from iTunes. At least with hard copies like CD / Tape / vinyl etc once you bought it you had it for good.
Pointless App
This used to just be part of iTunes now I have to navigate to a separate app clogging up my phone for no reason. Thanks Apple. Reintegrate the store back into iTunes.
