App crashes every time I open it. it worked a few weeks ago, so it must be bc of the latest update— tried deleting and re-installing it, but NO-GO :( 👎👎👎👎 there is no way to run the lights w/o the app— Please, please fix!!! 🙏

App works fine on iPhone 15 Pro and iOS 17.1.2. Downloaded it on my new phone. Used Bluetooth to connect to the tree, and tapped my tree in the app. Everything works fine. Amazing considering the app hasn’t been updated in 8+ years.

Very disappointed this app has so many issues it seems like it needs to be updated ed but has no update es waiting is there a fix for this app?

Every year it gets worse and worse. Last year, my parents could never control the tree because it’s not available on android. I have an iPhone and have to do it for them. And now the app won’t even open- yes it’s up to date, yes my phone is up to date and yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

The app was good 2-3 years ago but this app keeps crashing on the new iOS for my iPhone. Please update this so I can control my tree.

Once you update your phone to iOS 17, the app will crash every time you try to open it & you cannot access it anymore.

This app will NOT open on iPhone 12 Pro iOS 17

The app will not open on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I think it’s a beautiful tree. However I can only hear music in the app and it won’t play unless app is open. Also the music from my device won’t play with lights. Unbeknownst to me until now I learned the tree has a speaker in it! Well.... please show me how to use this option to play my music. Why have it if it doesn’t play any sounds. What is speaker for??!
