As far as I can tell, this app is no longer relevant (except on very old iOS devices). There does not seem to be a website any more to even update or trouble shoot. Argh.

The app doesn’t link to the lights anymore. Unfortunately there isn’t any buttons on the lights. So there is no way to control them. Bummer using an iPhone 12 also tried using my old iPhone X.

Crap app. Crap connection. Pretty lights but don’t ever expect to be able to change once set. Ugh

GE should be ashamed to sponsor this item and it's app. I have lost a lot of time trying to get them to work. I don't have an old device to try so it is use them on whatever setting the default to or toss out multiple sets

I’ve used this in the past and it’s been great. Now even if I manually enter the work name and passcode it won’t connect. Please update for 2020 holiday season!

Way too hard! It should not be this hard to get my tree working! It has worked for several years and now poof! Not impressed!

App needs to be updated. It does not work with iOS 14 devices. Please update it or it makes are light purchase worthless.

Fix your App or dont sell a product that doesnt work correctly. Not being able to connect is annoying

The lights are stuck in random mode! The app will not connect to the lights, it keeps saying “invalid” we never had a problem before, it just this year. Shouldn’t be surprised it’s 2020 🤷🏽‍♂️
