All my finances are right there, easy to see and move around as needed. Sometimes the down time is at a bad time for me, but otherwise I’m a big fan!
Love the IUCU app especially since we live in Indy, far from Indy branches. It takes care of all our money and accounting needs!

I have been using this app for many years now and I have experienced issues logging into both the online and mobile version of my account multiple times. All day today, I have attempted to log into my account only to receive an error message stating “online and mobile banking services are currently not available.” Not being able to access MY money/account is crazy. IUCU- do better!!
I have had I.U. Credit Union for a long time. All through my collage years . If ever I had problems they were there.
I don’t want to look at ads when I’m checking my bank account. I get the ads are for your services but I promise I’ll seek them out if I need them. The pop up ads are particularly heinous, it’s not 1999.

I have enjoyed using the IUCU mobile app for a number years. Each iteration prior works very well, without visual irritations, and have been intuitive. The newest update is far less intuitive, and has seriously irritating flashing green boundaries on the check picture taking phase. Have they thought about people who have seizures? It is highly likely to trigger one with the flashing and non-stable screen. For those with visual over stimulation issues it is also very frustrating. Add to this it is not as intuitive as in the past. You open up the tab to mobile deposit a check, and it isn’t as straight forward as in the past. The rest of the app seems as straight forward as in the past. I guess they didn’t get the memo “If it ain’t broken don’t fix it”. This time: It’s broken. It’s time to fix it.
