Virtually Paid (for) Nothing

A VPN that won’t connect is like buying a seeing-eye dog that leads you into female toilets and chases combine harvesters. The app was already made my list by charging me an unconverted amount for the subscription and which wasn’t through the App Store so, brilliant, no refund. Your app can boast all the features it wants but when it charges me but won’t do the one thing it is meant to do, then I think my credit card details might be safer in the hands of the African warlords thanks.

Pay for 7 and get only 6

Wouldn’t give them even one star. Paid for pro which entitles me to 7 devices but can get only 6 devices active. Contacted support, no one replies. Tried everything but nothing works to get 7 devices active. Won’t be bothered renewing my subscription.

Have been using the app on a daily basis for a long time now and just love it. Have no complaints at all. The pc version also great. Have not considered any other service provider since joining ivpn.

Great app, but still so much potential!

Great work on getting this app developed IVPN. Thank you for listening to your customers. I think the app is simple and easy to use, but a little too simple for a premium VPN service. An option to dive deeper into the details would be useful. Similar to what the OpenVPN app offered. For example: connection duration, data up/down, IPv4/6 address, etc. Also I'd like to see the the ping time next to the server location. Keep up the great work!

FINALLY!

I was wondering when you guys were going to release an app for IOS. I've been using OpenVPN for ever waiting for an official app. So far so good, I've only been using it for a few days though. Keep it up, you guys are awesome!
