Creates spam in your inbox and there’s no way to unsubscribe even though I contacted support- about 2-3 weeks ago - they said that they will unsubscribe me from their mailing but they didn’t
EDIT : I already contacted support couple of times. Support is useless! Trey create tickets and do nothing about it. So imagine if you really get a problem! I wouldn’t except this useless support to do anything if they can’t even unsubscribe me from mailing list. If I could give one more 1 star I would because I’m soo disappointed
Tax/duty
Very unhappy and disappointed about no one say/state/inform you that when your pack arrives to Ireland you need to pay extra 12e from item for 16e plus shipping ;-( things are coming from China. Also no info if you spend for a dress 30e how much extra need to be to pay in Ireland to get it, and dress for 50e? It’s like a guess? If you not pay pack won’t arrive to your door then I’m wondering do money will be back? So few surprise extra tax, how much each time need be paid and do is vary on item price, what happens if you don’t pay, do you get money back as it’s not a refund. It’s very bad about company.
