ROLL IT BACK!
We are actively using inspection forms and the “add to inspection” option under activities when you select a gs_support_structure is gone. It was working perfectly yesterday. We are recovering from a Hurricane and need this feature ASAP!
Years Later Still Issues
We have been using this for many years and it still has a lot of issues. It just gets tiring and frustrating. All of our maps should be off-line so they always load. There is no reason it should need to connect to the Internet for that. It just occasionally won’t dry your maps and you have to scroll around until it does. The whole thing just needs a lot of tweaks, because it has some serious potential.
Unable to use data only works on WiFi with new update
New update refuse to work on cellular data this is on 2 different devices
Bring back view map
Took away the option to view Map under activities. Now you have to go through several extra steps just to do so. Why remove it?
Do not get this
When ever things are helpful and when everything is going right. This app decides to change it to justify somebody’s job. For someone that uses it out of necessity this is one of the worse platforms someone could use. If there was a selection for zero stars that’s what I would rate this app. Please read this and DO NOT fall into the same trap my company did when we got this. One of the most horrible and pathetic work related thing we deal with.
Crash
iPhone 13 Pro max. Crashes now and won’t open. App just closes after signing in and can’t see jobs
Compass makes me a grumpass
Bring back the Outage tile.
Needs a lot of work
Too many glitches to count. The main one is that it doesn’t auto update . If I get new jobs added then I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get all of the new data. For an app that claims to be a so useful, it’s definitely not!
App crashes
After opening the compass tile the app crashes , I have to delete and reinstall the app almost daily.
