Love the magazine but frustrated with the app

I have subscribed to the magazine through this app for about 7 years. Just lost access to issues I have paid for for the 3rd time. Support has been good to restore but am frustrated that I have to keep asking for help

No other words....frustrating and awful. They take your money and you cannot even use this app. Just awful. How does stuff like this get out there for people to be sucked into???? Shame on Apple.

Cannot get my magazines

I am an avid knitter and enjoy my magazines. I am unable to retrieve any of them. Apparently they have all disappeared and restore is not working at all! This is disappointing to say the least. Magazines were paid for and should be available. If this is digital, give me paper magazines anytime!

Purchased a subscription in August. Cannot access winter 2016 issue. Contacted customer service twice but have not yet received a reply. Disappointed and frustrated.

I have purchased both Knitscene and Interweave Knits and neither will fully download. I am very unhappy and amazed that there are not similar unhappy reviews here. I want to stop this subscription and go back to paper copies!
