I can’t watch and open the site due to need to upgrade my ipad, sad to say I forgot the old password of my old Apple I.d..not able to upgrade my new IOS...kindly help what should I do?

I can’t play any videos. Suddenly stopped playing. I’m a Premium member and this is i’m getting! I already restarted my CP. Logged out/logged back in. Uninstalled the app and installed it back again but can’t play any videos! I even logged in in web but it’s still not playing! This is very upsetting!!!
