If you're a meditation enthusiast, iWOOsah is your perfect companion. This app puts you in the driver's seat, allowing you to design your own meditations by specifying each activity. For instance, you can start with five minutes of deep breathing, followed by ten minutes of visualization. The iWOOsah meditation session screen guides you through your meditation with visual, audible, and vibrational cues. 
When you want to know the energies that support you for the day, we've included a vibration screen that uses Pythagorean numerology to calculate important numbers like your life path, personality, and soul urge. We take it further by calculating your personal energy cycle, which will identify specific ways for you to practice mindfulness.
