Unusually, this product does exactly what it says it does. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no funny business. It does ask you to sign up / sign in, but nothing terrible happens when you do. And it’s free. Quite refreshing. Oh, and the wheel is great!

With a constantly on the go lifestyle, this app has reiterated how important it is to check in with yourself. This app has allowed me to stop and reassess my wellbeing on a daily basis. I’ve now started using this with my family and employees at work. I highly recommend this app to enhance the way you connect with yourself and others around you.

Iyarn has been hugely beneficial for me during COVID times. Living overseas away from my friends and family and not being able to travel home, this app creates a safe platform for me to regularly check in with my friends and family in a super easy way.

I think this app has a lot of potential, it’s very simple and effective and I believe it can make tracking how you’re going daily a really easy and important thing to do. However, maybe it’s just the app on my phone but I am struggling to click next or do a check in through the app, I have had to go onto the website. App.iyarn to be able to scroll to where the next button is and continue my check in past the first step. Once again, love the app and simplicity of design, but just would appreciate if you looked in on how useable the app is.

iyarn creates a safe place and a framework to have a discussion about how you’re doing. It’s a simple but effective framework to check-in on how we feel about the important aspects of our lives. It sets up the discussion with a family member, friend, manager or mentor to talk more about why you’ve rated yourself that way. It not only leads to a better understanding but also sets up what action you can take to improve how you feel and the ratings you’re giving yourself on the most important aspects of your life.

I find the app is so handy for keeping me accountable and reminding me what I am working towards. A regular check in encourages me to stop and actively reflect on areas of my life - how I am feeling, why I am responding that way and what I can do?
